First batch of Elderflower Cordial made

Made the first of several batches of elderflower cordial, and just in time too as we finished the last bottle form last year during the week. Its one of the nicest drinks to have on a hot summers day ... I'm going to try and make 50 liters of it thus year. Last years batch lasted pretty well and I even think it matured over the course of the year...
